High Dunes Retreat - Kiawah Island

The numerous Live Oaks were the creative spirit of this Kiawah Island lot and a driving factor throughout the design process. Subtle curves form a dialogue with these trees, whether it be the curve of the driveway or the swoop of the pool deck. Inside, this play on curves continues with radius cornered cased openings and a bow window in the primary bedroom that looks straight out to a 26” Live Oak and the salt marsh beyond.
