Kiawah Ocean Estate

Making memories with family and friends was the key objective in this Kiawah Island oceanfront home. The clients wanted a house exterior that blended with the surrounding shingle style homes on the island, yet also sought a contrasting contemporary interior. Abundant windows and doors maximize beach views along the rear facade of this contemporary estate. A detached 2-story guest house features a ground floor glass door that fully opens to the pool and ocean breezes.
